Proof of Citizenship
All travelers must have a valid passport. If anyone has any questions on applying, please refer them to the following website. First Discount Travel recommends that all passports have a validity date of 6 months after you return to the United States. (expiration date of April 2028 or later) Passport requirements can change at any time and without notice. Passport renewals can take up to 2-3 months for processing. (Expedited passports can be obtained in less than a week for a substantial additional fee)

- Rooms are holding until April 17, 2027. Please confirm your reservation prior to this date in order to guarantee room availability. After this date, we will do our best to accommodate you in your preferred room category. Certain room categories are limited, so please secure early if you have a strong preference of the view from your room or its location.
- Initial deposit of $300 per room is due by April 17, 2027
- A second deposit of $900 per room is due by June 12, 2027
- The remaining balance (full payment) of the total room cost is due by July 15, 2027
- Should you need to cancel your room:
- If you cancel your room priorto April 17, 2027, no penalty will apply
- If you cancel your room between April 17, 2027 and June 11, 2027, a penalty of $300 per room will apply
- If you cancel your room between June 12, 2027 and July 14, 2027, a penalty of $1200 per room will apply
- If you cancel on or after July 15, 2027, you will be under full penalty and will lose the full value of your room. Your accommodations will be 100% nonrefundable.

- Travel Protection Plan Information
- Cancel-for-any-reason (CFAR) travel protection plans are available. All guests that share a room must agree to either decline or purchase the travel protection plan. This plan must be purchased at the time of first deposit. The CFAR travel protection plan allows you to cancel for any reason and receive either a full refund to the original form of payment or a travel voucher good for a year from original travel date. Both the refund and the vouchers will be minus the cost of the travel protection plan. The travel protection plan premium (CFAR) is non-refundable once purchased. All cancellations must be made before midnight prior to arrival date. Transportation penalties are not included. First Discount Travel highly recommends that every guest protect their investment with the travel protection plan that suits their individual needs the best.

- Please verify with your health insurance company that you are covered medically abroad. First Discount Travel offers an additional policy that covers up to $50,000 medically abroad (does not cover pre-existing conditions). Price is dependent on age.
