Proof of Citizenship
All travelers must have a valid passport. If anyone has any questions on applying, please refer them to the following website. First Discount Travel recommends that all passports have a validity date of 6 months after you return to the United States. (expiration date of December 2023 or later) Passport requirements can change at any time and without notice. Passport renewals can take up to 2-3 months for processing. (Expedited passports can be obtained in less than a week for a substantial additional fee)
Payment and Cancellation
Deposit/Payment Information
Rooms are holding until December 20,2022. Please confirm your reservation prior to this date in order to guarantee room availability. After this date, we will do our best to accommodate you in your preferred room category. Certain room categories are limited, so please secure early if you have a strong preference of the view from your room or its location.
o Initial deposit of $150 per person or $300 per room (whichever is greater) is due by December 20, 2021
o The remaining balance (full payment) of the total room cost is due February 5,2023
Should you need to cancel your room:
If you cancel your room prior to March 15, 2023, no penalty will apply.
If you cancel your room between March 15 2023, and May 2 2023, a penalties will apply (based on number of canceled rooms)
On or after May 2 2023, cancellation will result in full penalty, and accommodations are 100% nonrefundable.
Charter package (non-stop flight) penalties are different from room only cancellation penalties. Please ask your travel agent for further details.
*Please remember that airline tickets and Travel Protection plans/insurance are nonrefundable as soon as they are purchased.

Cancel-for-any-reason (CFAR) travel protection plan is available for an additional cost. You have the option to take a credit option or full refund to the original form of payment (minus the cost of the travel protection plan).
Voucher Travel Protection Plan is $74.99 per person for packages up to $1499 per person. Voucher Travel Protection Plan increases to $99.99 per person for packages between $1500-$2999 per person
Full refund to the original form of payment travel protection plan is $184.99 for packages up to $1499 per person. Travel Protection Plan increases to $229.99 per person for packages between $1500-$2999 per person

The CFAR travel protection plan allows you to cancel for any reason with a full refund (less the cost of the travel protection plan) provided that written notice to the tour company is received at least 24 hours prior to travel. First Discount Travel highly recommends that every guest protect their investment and purchase the CFAR travel protection plan. This plan must be purchased at time of deposit.
