Proof of Citizenship
All travelers must have a valid passport. If anyone has any questions on applying, please refer them to the following website. First Discount Travel recommends that all passports have a validity date of 6 months after you return to the United States. (expiration date of November 2025 or later) Passport requirements can change at any time and without notice. Passport renewals can take up to 2-3 months for processing. (Expedited passports can be obtained in less than a week for a substantial additional fee)
Payment and Cancellation
Deposit/Payment Information
Rooms are holding until October 15, 2024. Please confirm your reservation prior to this date in order to guarantee room availability. After this date, we will do our best to accommodate you in your preferred room category. Certain room categories are limited, so please secure early if you have a strong preference on the view from your room or its location.
Should you need to cancel:
If you cancel your room prior to November 10, 2024, no penalty will apply.
If you cancel your room between 180-120 days prior to arrival up to 10% of the room block may be cancelled without penalty. A 30% fee of the rooms will apply to the remainder of the cancelled nights unless travel protection plan is purchased.
60 days prior to arrival, cancellation will result in full penalty, and accommodations are 100% nonrefundable unless a travel protection plan is purchased.

Travel Protection Plan
Cancel-for-any-reason (CFAR) travel protection plan is available/ All guests sharing a room must agree to either decline or purchase the travel protection plan. This plan must be purchased at the time of deposit. The CFAR travel protection plan allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund to the original form of payment minus the cost of the travel protection plan. The travel protection plan premium (CFAR) is non-refundable once purchased. All cancellations must be made before midnight prior to arrival date. Transportation penalties not included. First Discount Travel highly recommends that every guest protect their investment with the travel protection plan that suits their individual needs the best.
Travel Protection Option
- $0-$999 per person – $125 per person
- $1000-$1999 per person – $145 per person
- $2000-$2999 per person – $175 per person
- $3000 and up – $215 per person (max $12,000) per booking
- $89 flat rate per child
Medical Insurance
Please verify with your health insurance company that you are covered medically abroad. . First Discount Travel offers an additional policy that covers up to $50,000 medically abroad (does not cover pre-existing conditions)
