Below rates are based on US dollars and are only valid for citizens of the United States. Prior notification of any NON-US Citizen traveling with group will be required and may be subject to increased rates. The maximum number of people in each room is 4.
Moon Palace is an all inclusive resort. Meals, drinks (including alcohol) and entertainment are included in the above rates. There is no service fee on these items.
Palace Resorts – Resort Credits
Stays of 3 nights receive $500, 4 nights receive $750, 5-8 nights receive $1500, 9-11 nights receive $2000 and 12 nights or more receive $2500. Resort credits are per room per stay. Reservations for services and amenities must be requested at the resort upon arrival and are subject to availability. Resort credit is allocated to your hotel account and cannot be reimbursed for cash. All used resort credits are subject to a 16% operational fee. Limitations on how the credits can be allocated to each service or amenity are restricted and are subject to change without notice at the resort’s discretion.
Round-trip airport transfers are provided by Palace Resorts as part of your all inclusive stay. Travel time is approximately one hour and 45 minutes from the Montego Bay airport.
Rooms are holding until May 1,2020. Please confirm your reservation prior to this date in order to guarantee room availability. After this date, we will do our best to accommodate you in your preferred room category.
Deposit Amount: $150 per person or $300 per room, whichever is higher
Due date for deposit: May 1 2020.
Final payment: On or prior to July 1. 2020.
Should you need to cancel:
If you cancel your room prior to July 1, 2020, a $100 room penalty will apply (unless Penalty Protection Waiver has been purchased-see below)
After July 1, 2020, cancellation will result in full penalty and accommodations are 100% nonrefundable. (unless Penalty Protection Waiver has been purchased – see below). If you have purchased an airline ticket, tickets are nonrefundable as soon as they are purchased. (unless Penalty Protection Waiver has been purchased – see below).
Proof of Citizenship
All travelers must have a valid passport. If anyone has any questions on applying, please refer them to the following website. All passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity from the return date of the trip. (Passports must not expire prior to May 2021) Please be advised that passport renewals can take up to 2-3 months for processing. (Expedited passports can be obtained in less than a week for a substantial additional fee)
Penalty Protection Waiver
Penalty Protection Waiver (PPW) is available for $99 per person. Either all people sharing a room must purchase the waiver or decline the waiver. If you would like for your airfare to be covered in the Penalty Protection Waiver, your airfare must be booked through the tour company. Any airfare purchased through a third party source (airline website, Expedia, or any other source) can’t be covered in this waiver. This waiver must be purchased at the time of room deposit. The PPW allows you to cancel for any reason with a full refund (less the cost of the waiver) up to two hours prior to departure. First Discount Travel highly recommends that every guest protects their investment and purchases the waiver. Certain carriers (Southwest or Frontier) Discount airlines can be covered by the Penalty Protection Waiver for an additional $10 per person. The PPW is non-refundable once purchased.
