We are not holding any airfare. Once airline tickets are issued, they are non-refundable and subject to the rules of the airline. No airline allows name changes. Airline tickets must be paid in full to be confirmed. Names provided must appear exactly as they appear on your passport (no nicknames).
A deposit of $150 per person or $300 per room (whichever is higher) is required to confirm your accommodations. The deposit is due no later than November 15, 2016. Final payment is due January 11, 2017. We are happy to set up monthly payment plans for the land portion of the trip.
Hotel cancellation information
You may cancel your rooms prior to December 10, 2016 with no penalty.
Any cancellation between December 10, 2016 until January 21, 2017, the deposit is non-refundable.
Any Cancellation between January 22, 2017 until March 4, 2017, 50% of hotel cost is nonrefundable.
Any Cancellation between March 5th until the day of travel, 100% of the trip cost is nonrefundable. No refund will be provided
Penalty Protection Waivers are available for $129 per person and both people in the room must purchase the waiver or decline the waiver. You can cover your airfare cost in the waiver as well but the airfare must be booked through the tour company for the benefits of the cancellation waiver to apply. Any airfare purchased directly through a third party source (airline website, Expedia, or any other source) can’t be included in the Penalty Protection waiver. This waiver must be purchased at the time airfare is secured or prior to November 15, 2016 The waiver allows you to cancel for any reason with a full refund (less the cost of the insurance premium). First Discount Travel highly recommends that every guest protects their investment and purchases the waiver.
